Ruthie Linnert works as an account executive for a luxury bridal fashion label based out of Orange County and currently resides in her hometown of Santa Ana. She began her career in bridal fashion at the age of seventeen while working as a program leader in local after school programs and earning a fashion certificate degree at Santa Ana college.
Her bilingual upbringing, commitment to education, and her own Mexican-American story influenced her to receive a Bachelors in Spanish Language and Literature at UC Berkeley. On and off campus she connected to the bay area by engaging in political activism and promoting art programs such as writing and acting in a student led theater troop known as Acting for Social Change.
Her deep appreciation for the arts and surrounding cultures inspire her continued dedication to community and collaboration in this rapidly changing social climate.
