LIVE/WORK CSUF COLLEGE OF THE ARTS MFA/MA STUDENT APARTMENTS

Grand Central Art Center Live/Work CSUF College of the Arts MFA/MA apartments are located on the second floor of our building. These apartments are available for rent to students accepted into Cal State Fullerton’s College of the Arts graduate programs. Once a student has received an acceptance letter into a CSUF College of the Arts Masters program, they can apply for an apartment.

Currently, rent for these unfurnished CSUF student apartments includes: internet, all utilities, a parking structure pass, security key card access, a shared private patio area, and an onsite studio space for Visual Art students through our arrangement with the CSUF Department of Visual Arts. Apartments are studio and single bedroom units with private kitchens and bathrooms.
