DAYJOB ESPRESSO AND CULTURE:
DEBORAH FISHER AND PAUL RAMIREZ JONAS
January 6 – January 10, 2017
@ GCAC Artist-in-Residence Storefront Studio

Deborah Fisher and Paul Ramirez Jonas are incubating Dayjob Espresso and Culture, a business in the real world that is also an artwork in the real world.

Coffee houses have a long history as sites of creativity. Dayjob is a specialty coffee and retail franchise that brings that history into the present.

By generating an experimental body of work and experiences, Fisher and Ramirez are performing an alchemical business model that can prioritize abundance and creativity.

Deborah Fisher and Paul Ramirez Jonas are current artists-in-residence at Grand Central Art Center.  The project is open to the public and takes place in the GCAC artist-in-residence store front studio.
